Designates the week of February 14-20, 2016, as "Children of Alcoholics Week" in Delaware.

Calls upon Delawareans to break the silence and discuss alcoholism and its impact with family and friends.

Recognizes that an estimated one in four children under age 18 in the United States is affected by family alcohol abuse or alcoholism.

Notes that children of alcoholics are two to four times more likely to develop alcoholism than children of non-alcoholics, and face increased risks of school difficulties and child abuse.

Directs delivery of a copy of the resolution to the Delaware Association of Children of Alcoholics at P.O. Box 344, Hockessin, Delaware 19707.
