General Assembly participates in the "148 for the 148th" Food Drive in collaboration with the Food Bank of Delaware during January through March 2016

Goal is to collect 148,000 pounds of food or $148,000, or a combination thereof, by March 31, 2016

Food Bank of Delaware distributed approximately 6.2 million pounds of food through 550 partner networks in the prior year

Delaware Food Industry Council and Delaware Technical Community College serve as community partners in the food drive

Donation tracker will be maintained in Legislative Hall lobby to display combined, ongoing progress toward the goal
