Designates May 2016 as "Lyme Disease Awareness Month" in Delaware.

Affirms the importance of Lyme disease awareness and prevention, noting Delaware has one of the highest incidence rates per 100,000 people in the United States.

Encourages expanded efforts to inform Delaware residents about Lyme disease prevention, symptom recognition, and treatment.

References the Lyme Disease Prevention Task Force established by Governor Jack Markell in July 2014 through Senate Joint Resolution No. 10, which completed recommendations in July 2015.

Requires delivery of a ceremonial copy to the National Lyme Disease Association at its Jackson, New Jersey address.
