Recognizes June 7-28, 2016 as the "22 in 22 Challenge" in Delaware to raise awareness about veteran suicide.

Notes that 22 veterans and 1 active duty member take their own lives daily in the United States according to the Veterans Administration.

Encourages Delaware citizens and legislators to complete 22 physical or wellness activities over 22 days, including push-ups, sit-ups, running, yoga, or prayer.

Commends advocates working to combat veteran suicide through the challenge, specifically recognizing Jacob DiSabatino, a St. Mark's High School graduate who dedicated 22 months to this initiative.

Urges local, state, and federal government partners to address impediments to veteran transition and support.
