Establishes the Firearm Suicide Prevention Task Force to raise public awareness and increase suicide prevention education among firearm owners in Delaware

Task Force will examine current outreach and training, review models from other states, develop recommendations to reduce firearm suicides, and engage firearm advocates, dealers, and clubs in prevention efforts

Composed of 15+ members including state legislators, representatives from the Governor's Office, Delaware Sportsman Association, National Rifle Association, Commission of Veterans Affairs, and multiple state departments (Health and Social Services, Children Youth and Families, Natural Resources), plus two firearm dealers and two suicide prevention organization representatives

Co-chairs appointed by the Speaker of the House and President Pro Tempore of the Senate, with authority to add additional members as needed

Task Force required to convene in August 2016 and submit findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by December 15, 2016
