Recognizes young men from Delaware high schools participating in the 2016 Boys State session held during the week of June 12, 2016 at Legislative Hall in Dover.

Commends participants for gaining hands-on training in the legislative process, state government operations, elections, and the American system of representative democracy.

Notes that participants elected their own Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Treasurer, State Auditor, State Insurance Commissioner, and leadership for both houses of the General Assembly.

Extends congratulations to all participants and expresses hope that some may return as elected representatives, while also thanking the American Legion Department of Delaware for sponsoring the program.

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to each delegate and to the American Legion Department of Delaware.
