Acknowledges that MS typically strikes people between ages 20-50 and causes unpredictable, often debilitating effects with unknown cause and cure.

Commends the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Greater Delaware Valley Chapter for over 57 years of commitment to MS research and funding over $920,000,000 in groundbreaking research since 1946.

Expresses Delaware's support for discovering the cause, finding a cure, and preventing future MS diagnoses.
