Recognizes March 25, 2016 as "Random Acts of Kindness Day" in Delaware in memory of Madison Peterman.

Commemorates Madison Peterman, who died on April 13, 2009 at age 9 when a propane truck collided with her vehicle, also killing her grandmother Sandy Peterman and family friend Hannah Davies.

Notes that March 25, 2016 would have been Madison Peterman's 16th birthday and that the Peterman family and Milford community began celebrating her life through random acts of kindness on her birthday starting in 2014.

Encourages performing random acts of kindness throughout Delaware to honor Madison Peterman's memory and celebrate her spirit of hope, love, and kindness.
