Recognizes May as ALS Awareness Month in Delaware to honor those affected by the fatal neurodegenerative disease.

Acknowledges that approximately 6,400 people in the United States are diagnosed with ALS annually, with roughly 100 patients and families supported in Delaware by the ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

Highlights Delaware's ALS community efforts, including the annual Rehoboth Beach Walk to Defeat ALS, which raised $52,310 in 2015 for patient services, research, and advocacy.

Honors Delaware resident Kayla Wilson for her instrumental work promoting ALS awareness in the state, including advocacy for her Aunt Pam.

Presents a copy of the resolution to Ms. Kayla Wilson in recognition of her contributions to ALS awareness efforts.
