Extends the deadline for a task force to submit findings and recommendations on school retention and social promotion from March 1, 2015, to April 21, 2015

Task force was originally created by House Resolution No. 23 from the 147th General Assembly to study alternatives to grade retention and social promotion

Resolution notes that social promotion and grade retention practices have disproportionately negative effects on minority and low-income students

Task force must follow the process and protocol outlined in the original House Resolution No. 23 when submitting its report to the General Assembly and Governor
