Amends §1304(i) of Title 7 to clarify that first offense class C or class D environmental violations shall not be reported on criminal history records provided by the State Bureau of Identification for employment purposes.

Specifies that subsequent convictions of class C or class D environmental violations within 5 years shall be reported on criminal history records for employment purposes.

Removes language authorizing DNREC to retain environmental violation records and directing Justice of the Peace Courts to take judicial notice of those records.

Applies to fish and game violations under Chapter 13, Title 7.

Makes technical clarifications to align the statute with the State Bureau of Identification's employment records process under §8513(c) of Title 11.
