Increases the terms of office for elected Directors of the Board of Public Works of the City of Lewes from two (2) years to three (3) years.

Directors' terms commence at the annual meeting of the Board following their election and continue until a successor is duly elected and qualified.

Provides a one-time exception for the two Directors elected at the 2016 Annual Election, who shall serve a two-year term.

The Board of Public Works remains composed of five elected Directors and one ex-officio person appointed by the Mayor of the City.
