Create special license plates for professional paramedics and retired professional paramedics in Delaware.

Applicants must present official documentation from the Office of Emergency Medical Services confirming their status as a professional or retired professional paramedic.

Plates available only for private passenger vehicles, trucks with three-quarter ton or less capacity, or vans with three-quarter ton or less capacity.

Original application requires a $10 administrative fee deposited into a special fund for Motor Vehicles division to promote the plate and administer the program; annual registration fees remain standard.

Minimum of 100 applicants required before plates can be issued; each applicant limited to one plate, with plates formatted using letters "NR" followed by consecutive numbers.
