Expands hazardous duty pay eligibility to include Department of Transportation employees assigned to work on interstate, expressway, arterial, or collector roads as classified under 23 C.F.R. §470.105(b).

Maintains existing hazardous duty pay eligibility for Department of Correction employees, Delaware Psychiatric Center employees assigned to programs for the criminally insane, and Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families employees in Youth Rehabilitative Services facilities.

Extends hazardous duty pay eligibility to casual seasonal employees performing the same job duties as eligible employees, with monthly supplements prorated based on actual hours worked.

Makes technical corrections to conform existing law language to the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual guidelines.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment into law.
