Allows designated caregivers registered under Delaware law to possess and administer medical marijuana oil to minor qualifying patients in school buses and on school grounds.

Restricts the school exception to designated caregivers who are parents or legal guardians of the minor patient, excluding other school employees unless they are the parent or legal guardian.

Limits possession on school property to only the number of doses prescribed per day, which must be kept on the caregiver's person at all times.

Applies the school exception only within Delaware's physical boundaries.

Creates exception to existing prohibition on possessing marijuana in school buses, on school grounds, and in preschools or primary/secondary schools specifically for medical marijuana oil administration to minor patients.
