Increases good time credit earning limits for inmates convicted of offenses not listed in subsection (f), while maintaining current limits for serious violent and sexual offenses.

Raises first-year good time from 2 to 3 days per month for non-specified offenses and increases the annual cap from 36 to 60 days per year for those inmates.

After 365 days of confinement, increases good time earning rate from 3 to 5 days per month for non-specified offenses.

Increases program participation good time from 5 to 7 days per calendar month for non-specified offenses and raises annual maximum from 160 to 208 days.

Maintains lower good time limits for 33 serious offenses including murder, rape, assault, robbery, kidnapping, trafficking, and certain prison-related crimes listed in subsection (f).
