Amends § 2904 of Title 14 to modify insurance coverage requirements for school buses used to transport pupils.

Expands the definition of covered buses to include those "used, owned, leased, or operated" by any person under contract with the Department of Education, school districts, or charter schools.

Removes language that previously limited requirements to buses directly operated by the Department of Education, public school districts, or charter schools.

Maintains minimum insurance coverage requirements including $1,000,000 combined bodily injury/property damage, $100,000/$300,000 personal injury protection, $2,000 medical payments per person, and $300,000 uninsured motorist coverage.

Takes effect upon enactment of Senate Bill No. 62 of the 148th General Assembly.
