Requires students enrolling in Delaware post-secondary educational institutions with campus housing to provide documentation of meningococcal disease vaccination received within 5 years prior to enrollment.

Institutions must deny enrollment to any student without vaccination documentation or approved exemption.

Institutions shall develop exemption policies and procedures, including requiring parental/guardian signatures for minor students requesting exemptions.

Institutions must provide meningococcal disease information and vaccination benefits to all students who have accepted admission and paid an initial deposit toward tuition.

Effective date: January 1, 2017.
