Amends the Freedom of Information Act definition of "public record" to add a new exemption for information technology infrastructure details and security information.

Exempts source code, logical and physical design of IT systems, detailed hardware and software inventories, network architecture and schematics, and vulnerability reports from public disclosure.

Protects information owned, operated, or maintained by the State or any public body that could jeopardize the security or integrity of information technology systems if disclosed.

Applies to the existing exemption category for records that could jeopardize security of state structures or facilitate terrorist attack planning.
