Removes "barn parties" from general agritourism activities and relocates them to a new controlled category requiring Foundation Board approval and adherence to specific conditions.

Allows existing farm structures no longer used for farming to be converted for public and private gatherings (weddings, parties, conferences, fundraising events) if owned by the person subject to the District Agreement and not subdivided from agricultural lands.

Exempts educational tours and agricultural demonstration events from the existing 50-person limitation on hayrides, horseback riding, guided tours, and petting zoos.

Permits annual and semi-annual agricultural commodity events during growing season and other such events during non-primary growing season, subject to case-by-case Foundation Board review and approval.

Requires applicants to submit detailed plans to the Foundation Board and agree in writing to comply with approved terms and conditions designed to protect the agricultural value of preservation program properties.
