Establishes the "Uniform Recognition and Enforcement of Canadian Domestic-Violence Protection Orders Act" in Delaware, allowing law enforcement and courts to enforce valid Canadian domestic-violence protection orders as if issued by Delaware courts

Law enforcement officers may enforce Canadian orders when they have probable cause to believe a valid order exists and has been violated, without requiring presentation of a certified copy

Allows individuals to register Canadian domestic-violence protection orders with Delaware Family Court at no charge by presenting a certified copy and filing an affidavit attesting to its validity

Expands criminal contempt of a domestic violence protective order (Class A misdemeanor/Class F felony) to include violations of Canadian court orders occurring in Delaware

Authorizes warrantless arrests for violations of Canadian domestic-violence protection orders, and provides immunity to state officials acting in good faith to enforce or register such orders
