Amends § 8002 of Title 15 (Delaware election code) regarding the definition of "Election period" for candidate committees.

Removes language that previously limited the election period reset to contributions "from persons other than political parties and political action committees."

Allows the election cycle for contributions from political parties and political action committees to reset after the Primary Election, matching the reset schedule that applies to other contributors.

Election period ends on the day of the primary election, with a new election period beginning on the day after the primary for candidates nominated in a primary who advance to a general election.
