Establishes Chapter 32A, the Breast Density Notification Act, requiring FDA-certified mammography facilities to provide patients with written notice of mammogram results including breast density information based on the American College of Radiology's Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System.

Notice must inform patients that their physician has received a report of results and encourage discussion with their physician about findings, including breast density information.

Delaware Radiological Society shall work with mammography facilities to develop notice content and provide updated language based on American College of Radiology guidance.

Prohibits the notification requirement or evidence of violation from creating a cause of action, legal standard of care, or being admissible in civil, judicial, or administrative proceedings.

Provisions take effect 180 days following enactment.
