Raises bodily injury and property damage coverage from $5,000 per person/$100,000 total to a combined single limit of $1,000,000

Adds personal injury protection coverage of $100,000 individual and $300,000 total

Increases medical payment coverage from $1,000 to $2,000 per person

Adds new requirement for uninsured motorist coverage of $300,000
