Restructures landscape architect licensure qualifications to require either a degree from an accredited landscape architecture program plus 2 years of professional experience, or 2 years of accredited coursework plus 4 years of professional experience.

Adds a new requirement that applicants must pass the uniform national examination prepared and graded by the National Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards.

Reorganizes and renumbers subsections related to criminal conviction waivers, application form requirements, fraudulent application reporting, and judicial appeal procedures.

Eliminates the requirement in §210 that landscape architects obtain an occupational business license from the Division of Revenue before practicing in Delaware.

Retains provisions for biennial license renewal, late renewal periods with fees, inactive status options, and reinstatement requirements for suspended or revoked licenses.
