Adds falsely reporting a violation of a Protection from Abuse Order to Delaware's false reporting statute (Title 11, §1245) as a class A misdemeanor offense.

Applies existing penalties for false reporting violations, including a minimum fine of $500-$1,000, at least 100 hours of community service, and reimbursement to the state for investigation and response expenses.

Specifies that repeat violations of the false reporting statute constitute a class G felony.

Makes technical corrections to conform the statute to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual guidelines.
