Establishes the Blind and Visually Impaired Education Task Force to study and make recommendations regarding the Division for the Visually Impaired and statewide programs for blind and visually impaired students.

Task Force membership includes 21 positions comprising state legislators, agency representatives, parents, educators, vision specialists, medical professionals, and individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

Task Force must convene within 30 days of enactment with the Senate-appointed member serving as chair.

Task Force shall report findings to the General Assembly and Governor by June 1, 2015 on administrative structure, funding sources, educational service delivery models, resource room disposition, assistive technology, IEP processes, and post-secondary transition planning.

Delaware Department of Education shall provide staff support for the Task Force.
