Designates National Trails Day, June 6, 2015, as "Mason-Dixon Day" in Delaware to commemorate the 250th anniversary of Charles Mason and Jeremiah Dixon establishing the Maryland-Pennsylvania boundary marker.

Recognizes the Tri-State Marker location where the Mason-Dixon Line meets Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, which became a symbolic demarcation between North and South during the Civil War.

Acknowledges a newly-established hiking trail providing public access to the Tri-State Marker, with a dedication ceremony scheduled for June 6, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. on National Trails Day.

Honors the collaborative efforts of Delaware and Pennsylvania State Parks, the Friends of the White Clay Creek Preserve, and the Wilmington Trail Club in creating the new trail.
