Establishes a "Review of the Price's Corner Government Complex Task Force" to examine Webb Correctional Facility, Delaware State Police Troop 6, Justice of the Peace Court 10, and the Kirkwood Detox Center.

Task Force will determine the purposes of each facility, identify needed upgrades, assess whether greater coordination among facilities is desirable, and recommend improvements.

Task Force composition includes one Senate member (co-chair), one House member (co-chair), representatives from Controller General's Office or Office of Management and Budget, Chief Magistrate, Secretary of Safety and Homeland Security, Governor, Department of Correction Commissioner, and two public members.

Task Force must meet within ninety days of enactment and submit a written report to the Senate President Pro Tempore and Speaker of the House by April 30, 2016.

Delaware State Senate will administer the Task Force.
