Designates May 1, 2016 to May 7, 2016 as National Charter Schools Week in Delaware.

Recognizes that 2016 marks the 21st anniversary of Delaware's charter school law and that 26 public charter schools currently educate over 13,500 students.

Commends Delaware's public charter schools for improving educational achievement through innovation, excellence in standards, and specialized courses of instruction.

Acknowledges that charter schools promote quality, accountability, choice, and innovation while increasing parent and student participation in the education system.
