Commemorates July 30, 2016 as the 60th anniversary of "In God We Trust" becoming the official motto of the United States, which was signed into law by President Eisenhower on July 30, 1956.

Encourages citizens to serve each other in the spirit of the national motto, recognizing that rights come from God and government protects those rights.

Renews commitment to work together to ensure all citizens enjoy the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence.

Notes that the House of Representatives passed House Resolution 13 in November 2011 by a 396-9 vote to reaffirm the motto and encourage its display in schools and public buildings.
