Directs the Delaware Government Information Center to develop and facilitate training opportunities for public information and communications personnel on effective and responsible use of social media platforms

Notes that Delaware government already maintains social media presence across multiple platforms, including approximately 70 state offices on Facebook, 59 on Twitter, 20 on Flickr, 18 on YouTube, 13 on Instagram, and 9 on Pinterest

Calls for public information personnel to collaborate with the Delaware Government Information Center and Department of Technology and Information to identify efficient ways to expand state government's social media impact
