Department of Education shall provide financial and technical support to each Delaware school district to inventory all school and district-level mandated assessments by December 31, 2015.

Department of Education shall conduct its own inventory of state-required assessments and identify assessments it proposes to eliminate by January 31, 2016.

Department of Education shall publish assessment inventory results online by January 31, 2016, and provide public opportunity to comment on proposed eliminations at district and state levels.

Department of Education shall convene a task force including 6 legislators (3 House, 3 Senate), education association representatives, a civil rights representative, and a parent to review inventory results and recommend assessments for consolidation or elimination.

Final assessment inventory with identified consolidations and eliminations shall be announced by June 30, 2016.
