Declares March 23, 2016 as Ability Network of Delaware (A.N.D.) Brand Launch and Advocacy Day in recognition of the organization's rebranding from the Delaware Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (DelARF).

Recognizes DelARF's nearly three decades of commitment to serving community service providers and Delawareans with disabilities, substance use disorders, and mental health challenges.

Acknowledges A.N.D.'s representation of 38 Delaware non-profits and the thousands of direct care professionals in its network who support vulnerable populations.

Highlights the 2015 State Use program employment initiative that provided jobs to 598 Delawareans with disabilities and generated $1,379,586 in savings by reducing government entitlement dependency.

Commends the annual Direct Support Professionals Day event, which grew to 400 attendees in 2015, honoring the dedicated workforce providing essential services to Delaware residents.
