Designates March 24, 2016 as "AKA Day at the Capitol" in Delaware to recognize Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated

Acknowledges the sorority's 108-year history since its founding on January 15, 1908 at Howard University with 260,000 global members

Recognizes the five Delaware chapters' (Epsilon Iota Omega, Sigma Zeta Omega, Zeta Omega, Delta Lambda, and Tau Omicron) community service including youth leadership programs, voter registration drives, anti-bullying advocacy, and health care initiatives

Highlights the sorority's 2016 theme of "Education, Past and Present" and their A.S.C.E.N.D. program providing academic, life skills, and vocational training for high school students

Notes this is the thirteenth consecutive year the Delaware chapters have provided advocacy guidance to the General Assembly
