Designates April 2, 2015 as "AKA Day at the Capitol" in Delaware to recognize Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Acknowledges the sorority's 107-year history since its founding on January 15, 1908 at Howard University as the first Greek-lettered organization established by and for African American college-educated women.

Recognizes Alpha Kappa Alpha's 260,000 global members and their community service contributions totaling over one million hours, particularly in African American neighborhoods.

Highlights the civic contributions of five Delaware chapters (Epsilon Iota Omega, Sigma Zeta Omega, Zeta Omega, Delta Lambda, and Tau Omicron) in addressing economic security, environmental sustainability, social justice, and global poverty.

Notes the sorority's local community involvement including youth leadership programs, fundraising initiatives, voter registration drives, health care advocacy, and anti-bullying advocacy efforts.
