Expands the definition of "agritourism activity" to include farm and dairy markets, micro-breweries, distilleries, mazes, livery and animal boarding, rural weddings, trail rides, hayrides, farm-oriented miniature golf, archery, trap or skeet shooting, firearm safety and practice, and paintball activities.

Clarifies that rodeos are permitted agritourism activities, removing previous language that excluded them.

Allows agritourism activities on farms of 10 or more acres statewide, subject to county-adopted provisions under Title 9.

Removes the restriction that prohibited agritourism activities on farmlands subject to the Agricultural Lands Preservation and Forestland Preservation programs under Title 3, Chapter 9.

Establishes that participants need not pay to engage in an activity for it to qualify as an agritourism activity.
