Eliminates the 10-day hold period for voter registration, allowing eligible applicants to be registered immediately upon approval instead of pending confirmation.

Removes the requirement to mail a nonforwardable confirmation notice and the procedure of posting unregistered applicants' information on the Department website for 2 years.

Eliminates the polling place provisional voting option for applicants whose confirmation notices were returned as undeliverable.

Allows the Department to remove voters who no longer reside in Delaware without requiring State Board of Elections authorization.

Retains existing procedures for address verification requests and moving voters to "inactive status" when mail is returned undeliverable or responses are not received within 60 days.
