Amends § 8002 of Title 15 of the Delaware Code to modify the definition of "election period" for candidate committees.

Removes language that previously distinguished between contributions from political parties and political action committees versus other persons when determining election period limitations.

Allows the election cycle for contributions from political parties and political action committees to reset after the Primary Election, matching the treatment of contributions from other sources.

Changes § 8010 contribution limitations so that for general election candidates nominated in a primary, the election period ends on primary election day with a new period beginning the day after the primary for all contributor types.
