Authorizes the Family Court to interview children outside the presence of parties in Protection from Abuse proceedings to obtain testimony and ascertain facts asserted by parties.

Permits counsel to be present during child interviews and to examine the child with questions.

Allows parties not present during interviews to submit written questions of fact for the court to use when interviewing the child.

Requires the court to create and maintain a record of all child interviews as part of the case record.
