Authorizes the use of airbows for hunting deer on privately owned lands and designated state-owned lands in place of shotguns during shotgun deer seasons.

Defines airbows as air guns that propel arrows at least 18 inches in length at a minimum speed of 300 feet per second with broadheads having metal points with a minimum 7/8 inch width.

Clarifies that airbows are not archery devices and cannot be used during archery seasons.

Makes technical adjustment to existing handgun hunting provisions to clarify handguns may be used during shotgun deer season(s) in addition to the separate 7-day January season.

Maintains existing restrictions on lures, traps, prohibited weapons, and remote-controlled hunting devices.
