Authorizes the Director of the Division of Forensic Science to set and collect reasonable fees (not to exceed $250) for issuance of cremation permits under Title 16.

Removes the existing $5.00 flat fee for insurance death proof forms and replaces it with a flexible fee schedule to be established by regulation.

Directs the Director to establish a reasonable fee schedule by regulation for issuance of postmortem records, autopsy reports, cremation permits, and statistics under Title 29.

Exempts criminal justice agencies of Delaware from paying fees charged by the Division of Forensic Science.

Clarifies that fees collected shall be payable to the Division of Forensic Science and approximate the costs of administering forensic science services.
