Amends § 8801(5)(d) of Title 11 of the Delaware Code to expand the definition of "Employee" under the County/Municipal Police/Firefighter Pension Plan

Adds emergency medical technicians (EMTs) as eligible employees by including individuals employed full-time with duties as both paid firefighters and paid EMTs in volunteer fire companies that have affiliated with the pension fund

Clarifies that the new category applies specifically to volunteer fire companies that have affiliated with the Fund established under this chapter

Maintains existing employee definitions for police officers, uniformed firefighters, and uniformed paramedics employed by counties and municipalities
