Grants immunity from civil and criminal liability to individuals who donate wild game to nonprofit organizations or state agencies for free distribution, unless injury or death results from gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.

Provides immunity to persons who provide processing services for donated wild game to nonprofit organizations or state agencies, with the same gross negligence/recklessness/intentional misconduct exception.

Protects nonprofit organizations accepting donated wild game from liability for civil damages or criminal penalties related to the nature, age, condition, or packaging of the game, unless caused by the organization's gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.

Immunity provisions do not apply if the nonprofit organization sells or offers the donated wild game for sale to anyone other than another nonprofit organization distributing it without charge.

Requires the Division of Public Health to review its regulations limiting use of donated wild game, eliminate unnecessary restrictions, and report findings and actions to the Governor and General Assembly within 1 year of enactment.
