Adds vehicles of the Department of Correction, Bureau of Prisons, and Bureau of Community Corrections to the list of "authorized emergency vehicles" under Delaware Code Title 21, Section 4106(e).

Authorized emergency vehicles are afforded certain privileges when responding to emergencies, including exemptions from standard traffic regulations.

Expands the definition of authorized emergency vehicles to include correction department vehicles operating in performance of their official duties.

Applies to state-level correction facilities and community corrections programs under the Department of Correction.
