Increases minimum bodily injury liability coverage from $30,000 to $50,000 for two or more persons in any single accident.

Increases combined single limit for liability coverage from $40,000 to $60,000.

Property damage liability requirement remains at $10,000 per accident.

Resolves statutory conflict created by HB 114 (2017) by updating the "proof of financial responsibility" definition in Title 21 to match current minimum coverage requirements.
