Permits licensed child care providers who complete state-approved medication training to administer prescription and nonprescription medications to children in their care.

Allows medication administration to include non-intravenous injection methods when a child has a medical need during child care hours.

Requires parental or legal guardian written permission and that medication be provided in original, properly labeled containers with administration instructions.

Applies to child care homes and centers regulated under the Delaware Child Care Act, Subchapter III of Chapter 3 of Title 31.

Makes technical corrections to conform existing nursing law to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.
