Authorizes the Smyrna School District to convey the School Administration Building property (located at 22 S. Main Street and Dwight Avenue in Kent County) to the Town of Smyrna for $1.00.

Property consists of two tax parcels (# 1-17-01017-06-5300-00001 and # 1-17-01017-06-5400-00001) originally conveyed to the School District by the federal government via quitclaim deed recorded November 7, 1962.

Town of Smyrna intends to use the property for public purposes, including incorporating it into the proposed Duck Creek Regional Library and Community Center to support downtown revitalization.

Conveyance shall occur only after the School District has vacated the property, with the property transferred "as is" and the Town bearing all deed preparation costs.

Act supersedes prior Senate Bill No. 280 (Chapter 379, Volume 80, Laws of Delaware) to accurately describe the full extent of the property being transferred, including a parcel previously thought to be town property.
