Permits farm wineries, microbreweries, and craft distilleries to purchase and sell products from other Delaware licensed craft manufacturers for on-premises consumption only.

Products sold must be manufactured by entities holding Delaware licenses under sections 512A, 512B, 512C, or 512E, or would qualify for such licenses if physically located in the state.

Products must be purchased through Delaware's existing three-tier system (licensed importers or retailers), not directly from manufacturers.

Microbreweries can sell off-premises beer, mead, and cider to retail customers limited to 5 cases per day maximum.

Craft distilleries can sell off-premises spirits limited to 1 case (maximum 12 750ml bottles) per day to each retail customer.
