Adds new exemption to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) protecting personal identifying information of law enforcement officers and their immediate family members from public disclosure.

Protected information includes addresses, email addresses, social media accounts, telephone numbers, and other personal contact information of active duty members of Delaware State Police, county and municipal police, Delaware River and Bay Authority police, University of Delaware Police, and correctional officers.

Names of active duty law enforcement officers remain public and can still be lawfully disclosed under the exemption.

Exemption is intended to protect officer safety by preventing disclosure of private information that could endanger law enforcement personnel and their families.
